Dead Razing Storm Rack PCB. Here's what I've tried...

So I have a Razing Storm machine that I really want to save from the grave. It came back from on location when the main board assembly died. I washed the board in hot soapy water, and let it dry properly. This is a rough/crusty board that has been near beach air for a number of years. I also purchased a "tested working" PSU off ebay, but that produced the same results.

Is there a common fail point that I can look into next? Caps look fine, and I know my PSU is getting 110v from the front power plug outlet.

110 is great the psu could also be dead and not sending any power to the rest. Confirm the psu power output. Otherwise it’s a namco 357 unit and you’ll have more luck searching using that eg https://www.arcade-projects.com/threads/namco-system-357-369-repairs.16549/ Also make sure the io is working and plugged in.
