There are too many people that do this on here, some by ignorance, others quite intentionally.

Don't understand why you come to use this forum to sell your stuff here yet not follow the rules for selling.

People just want to come here to take advantage...

Perhaps they were sold as a bundle deal meaning that pricing them individually is difficult. If that is the case though then simply stating that's what happened isn't difficult.

The secret squirrel stuff is what causes drama.

What's wrong with listing sold prices? It helps determine pricing for others wishing to sell similar items. Better than using eBay as a pricing reference!
In fairness, I believe ebay auctions (not BIN) determine true value. A guy on a forum might undervalue stuff if he is desperate for cash or is ignorant of the value. But in this situation he was editing out all traces of his original asking price in the OP which doesn’t make any sense. If you’re too lazy to document sold price (hey, I’m guilty at times), at least just leave the asking price alone and simply write sold next to it (which is actually a forum rule).

I don't think the thread should be deleted at all, reviewed and locked is different, and for the mods to decide. What is rather upsetting besides the rule is ppl took the time to PC your entire list. Just my opinion.

We finally reached a conclussion on this. Point #5 said that:

Rule 5: We ask that once an item has been sold that you leave the price so that people may refer to it in the future. If you keep a running thread simply list it in the first post somewhere. Example: Neo-Geo cart-----sold! $25

This is something that we ask and expect and can only benefit everyone. If you tried to sell for $100 but finally sold for $80, cancel that $100 and add the $80. Like this: $100 $80

If one user doesnt want to do it, feel free to click on the "dislike" button, but that's as far as we will allow to go drama-wise. We updated the Point #5 to reflect that. Rules for Using the Arcade-Projects Sales Forums
