is it the dil14 version?

its the 5v smd version. i think the dil was designed as a direct replacement for big crystals like whats inside the megadrive. They both work the same i think apart from that....

these provide 2 frequency outputs which can be switched by the So pad, 5v for 1 frequency and 0v for the second. They are used in consoles like the megadrive, neo geo mvs to switch between pal/ntsc etc...
