Do you need matching Disc and memory cards revisions?

A friend of mine has Ver. A memory cards of Soul Calibur 2, but lost the the original disk. Snooping around the internet, we found images for the B and the D versions of the disk.

Would it be possible to use a burned copy of Version D with Ver. A memory cards?

Yep, it will still work and ver D has everything unlocked while version B and A don’t.

Hey that's three of us with SC2 in Montreal! (Assuming that's where your friend lives). One thing the dongle determines is the language, SC21 is Japanese and SC23 is English voices.
