Does time crisis 4 run at 31khz?

Hello everyone, I finally got a time crisis 4 Namco System Super 256 in my possession and I wanted to do a little research on how to set it up. I know that this isn’t a light gun game and uses led sensors. It seems like I have already ordered most of the parts and am waiting for them to get delivered. Anyway, I read online that time crisis 4 will run at 31khz, so I tried the dip switches at the front and it’s still 15khz. Can anyone else with a TC4 arcade pcb confirm if the game runs at 31khz? Thanks!
 
That's really odd, because I know multiple place that have converted these over to LCD, and I don't believe any of them were using video converters to accomplish that.
 
Since there are LED reading the guns, you can put any screen and converter you want

Yeah, the game is 480i only but Namco did release some RGB to Svideo/ composite adapters. Plus, you can use any video converter to play the game on a modern display, like the GBS-8200 or the OSSC, works fine in my experience
 
i'm trying to fix a rodotron chassis but if no way , i have to think how to move forward
If any info tube A66EAK075X44 philips and rodotron 666, would apreciate
