That is awesome. I'm all for accessibility and Landmaker is a very under rated game IMHO.
 
i'm trying to patch the rom to mame with the romhack (got a colorblind friend, so :P), => and after to convert it to the "F3 darksoft filetype", with the awesome "F3-Multi Romset generator" tool from RTW 8)

I guess the last revision of the "roll up pack" does not include the colorblind landmaker rom (and probably bubble memories black edition) due to the timeline (the last "roll up pack"is from 2019 and the colorblind hack for landamker is out only since 2022)

stay tuned.

1st step : find the good starting landmaker rom from mame 0.209 set ;)

=>landmakr.zip rom for mame 0.209 downloaded
=>rom for mame patched with the hack from romhacking.net with lunar IPS
=>rom converted to our beloved hardware with "F3-Multi Romset generator" tool from RTW (f364.exe)

here is the landmakr.zip rom for your f3 darksoft:
place the "landmakr" directory in your "games" directory on yout SD card (do not forget to unzip)
