Double dragon board. Missing components.

I'm pretty certain this is a clone board. Does anyone know what should be in place of this mess in the pics?

Indeed that is a bootleg board.

There's a good chance that even if you replaced the missing parts it still wont work. people don't usually remove parts from working PCBs.

that's the power-on-reset circuit.
i would replace it all with a modern 3pin device.
the 75ohm resistor has been cooking and the small cap is probably dead btw.
