Dragon Spirit - back to basic (solved)

Hi,

My pcb got 2 roms burnt : DS1 P7 and DS1 P4, I guess it was cause of a faulty 64A1 ... or maybe a board convertion ...
Last owner gave me originals roms (DS3 P7 and DS1 P4).

Do you think that with a repro 6XA1 i would be able to put back originals roms?

As I understand it, 64A1 is the same for all Namco System 1 games, so you shouldn't have to swap it to use original ROMs.

That said, the part is prone to failure, so if your board isn't working with either flashed ROMs or original ROMs then the chip may have failed.

The repro 64A1 that @caius developed works for all Namco System 1 games, including Dragon Spirit.
