Hi,
So I finally was able to get a DVDO VP50.
But when I plugged the PSU I heard a noise, some kind of whistling
and the VP50 had no power in
The green led (on the PSU) was lower. When the PSU is not plugged, the whistling is higher and the green led is fine (intense)
So I decided to open and check inside the PSU.
I looked for damaged capacitors (at least no one is inflated)
So my question is : is there a way to fix this PSU ?
If not can I replace it with a 6V 5A PSU ? I found some sellers on ebay and they said that they work fine with the VP50 (but I'm not confident)
If not, what PSU can I use with it ? Those 6V 7A ones seem to not exist on the internet ( at least at a decent price)
