Dynasty Wars jumpers

Hi all,

I got this Dynasty Wars PCB - not working and this is how the jumpers came on it. From the few pics I've found online these look wrong.

Anyone got a working one and can show me their jumpers?

I know on some of those CPS1 boards, the jumpers can be setup differently depending on if it's using jedec or non-jedec eproms.
