I need to remove this weird coating wich is on nanao ms9 29t, this alter cut off setting on every standard ms9A expecially red cut off, plus is prone to get micro scratch.. Must be removed but how?

That's the anti-glare coating if you want a search term to look up. There are a lot of guides out there for removing it, but the short version is you just have to polish it off, and it will take a little time and effort to get it right. The more scratches you're trying to to remove, and the deeper they are, the more work, but the coating itself shouldn't be too bad.

Here's an example of someone documenting doing it: https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1251

I removed the anti static coating on my Tosh-tube/MS9 29A with ceramic cooktop polish (like pictured below) 1 microfiber cloth and shitloads of elbow grease.

Took about 1 hour, but had excellent results. Screen still looks awesome. Been about 2 years since I removed the coating.

Maybe I'm wrong but the coating on the ms9 29t tube appear different from the common ms9 29A and S. And yes the tubes are basically all the same , maybe Taito personalized this one with a more aggressive coating.
The chassis are also the same, the 29t not have two film caps near the ntc and add a shielding plate under sync ic.
On Egret 2 they made a special wiring to autodegauss which can only shorten the life of the PTC because the degauss circuit just run hotter, most likely I will wire a manual degauss button and remove this coating.
