Ehrgeiz ROM board has Intel flash roms

Anyone know if this means anything? I got a board with flash roms and I knew this was something Sega games did for dev builds.

This is normal, namco switched to them at some point.
Sometimes the romboard flash content MUST match the program versions but i'm not sure in Ehrgeiz's specifics.

The mach chip (keycus) are also protected on these so if you are dumping, don't bother with trying it. The keycus will work with any version of the game it's for.
