Hi have a problem with a CPS2 Kit, it's my second kit. The revision of the board is 6 and the version is PAL G. This is my error:

Sorry, but the language is spanish!! I test with tester the differentes chips(13 to 20) Upper board and down board, with good test.

Any idea? ?(

This is your second kit? I assume you tried this kit on your verified working B-board?
 
Yes, It's a MArs matrix PAl G phoenix board with new eeproms and no battery. Then I look the good function, I dolder the cable pin 9 to pin 13, and I install the boards

Try connecting the wire directly from Pal pin 9 to J17 on the multikit. Though if you are using a Rev. 6 pcb then you should not need a jumper wire at all as long as you have a G pal. In fact, just try removing the wire altogether and push all pins of the PAL into the socket as normal.
 
I connected win Pin 9 to Pin 13. I with no Pin 9 to pin 13. The result? The same!
