I'll up my number, and take 20, or however many you can fit in a box without shipping cost skyrocketing (sounds like maybe up to 25.) That should get us to the # we need to start production, right?

Let me check the max quantity I can fit in each box.
The boxes are in production now. I should have them in hand at the end of July or the first week of August.
Fedex is roughly £70. UPS is around £50.

And just to clarify, if you can fit 25 in a box, I will take a full 25. (Basically, I'll take whatever the max # for a box is)

These are now in hand. Shipping will start next week. I have 20 packages to pack and book, so I have a lot to do.

I think anyone who has selected ups for shipping might want to reconsider
They have held my international packages hostage to many times so I don't recommend them !!!!!!

UPS sometimes hold onto packages for absolutely no reason. They do eventually release them though, but I agree, it is very annoying.
Hopefully these will slip through without any issues - I've listed the correct quantities on the customs forms with the description "folded plastic sheets".
The X-Ray should catch them

That package looks like it was water damaged. Not the first time this has happened. I remember sending a package to @XtraSmiley via Fedex (with PCBs!) that was soaking wet!
