I have just catch this scammer on facebook, he has just deleted his account.

He uses the mail: arcadegames620@gmail.com

The item "was" in Lithuania.

@AlxUnderBase is this the same person that tried to sell you a metro board?
he learned how to try … he used pictures taken from google or ebay listings , but not totally shure he is . anyway , they act the same . last one tried to scam me last week when i was looking for Seta 1st gen donor 🙈

In theory , on these facebook groups , if someone have something to sell , will not show you fake pictures or send you to get in touch/check on others … but seems to be a method to scam some potential collectors/buyers this way
 
The scammers in this forum did the same. Someone with a fake account said "My friend John has one for sale. You can reach them here: john_fake_MF@gmail.com, and then they take it from there.

I would advice against going to the friend of a friend, always ask for pictures with the note as @Tailsnic Retroworks did, and search for that picture or part of it in the web, if it's fake, it will show up.
