I picked up this conversion, it was a California Speed but has been converted to FnF.

I was told there were monitor issues. It's an LCD conversion, I confirmed the monitor is good. It's the official Raw Thrills conversion kit.

There is a VGA cable that runs from the GPU to the board with the JAMMA harness. Then off the JAMMA harness is (what I think is) a CGA to VGA converter. From that converter is another VGA cable that runs to the monitor.

Now with that setup I get zero picture.

If I run the VGA straight from the PC to the monitor I can get a picture. If I connect to the GPU to the monitor I get nothing. I bought a replacement GPU and I have the same problem. I suspect my GPUs I have are bad. From my research I can run any GPU so no big concern there.

So with the VGA straight from the PC onboard video I get video on the monitor, but then the system says "Looking for JAMMA" and counts up to 101, before giving an error of "JAMMA Not Found" and rebooting.

Everything looks connected, short of disconnecting everything and trying to reconnect each piece I'm dumbfounded. I have lights on board with the JAMMA connector, so I think that should be okay.

Any advice here? I have to be doing something wrong, but I don't know what.

If you go from onboard graphics to a GPU or change GPUs, you need to do a reinstall.

Anyway, try reinstalling the game. It could solve all your problems.
