If he literally said it was on hand and ready to be shipped out then I agree your concern for delay is valid.

Even then, this is a small niche hobby where there are not many choices for reproduction hardware in general.

It is also standard practice that if you get ghosted or feel uneasy about any transaction to ask the community to see what’s going on.

This is not just fanboys defending alberto, people here are genuinely trying to help you even though your first impression on the forum is so far not great.

Having a purchase not go as expected is sure to make you angry, but you shouldn’t burn too many bridges so early. Unless you don’t care too much about what we have to say anyways then carry on.

Thank you for responding like a normal person. I only responded like that because of aurich post. If he's a representative of what the community is like I dont feel bad about burning bridges at all. But the situations been addressed and appreciate alberto for his explanation of what happened and for most of you all for letting me know whats up. I won't be responding anymore to this post. As with any community, you aren’t going to get along with everyone. Some people are going to be more direct than others and many people will probably rub you the wrong way.

My interactions with Aurich have been limited, but as far as I can tell, he’s a decent guy. He probably is representative of most of the community and I’m okay with that.

Wish you well on your future endeavors if you decide to be part of this community.
