Do you ship to out of state? Also, is this set for offline play with everything unlocked?

Hi, we can arrange to ship out of state. I personally used STI to receive a cabinet and was happy with their service. I do not know if you would have any other preferred service but I would be fine using any other recommended ones.

I'll PM you for other details.
