Final fight not booting (resolved)

got this final fight board that I'm trying to repair.
Found some broken traces on the c board that got repaired, but the game does not boot.
When powered up the stage 1 song comes on and plays but the screen is black and nothings else comes on.

Anyone knows what causes this issue on cps1 boards?

little update, tried a known working c board with the corresponding program roms(provided by apocalypse) but got the same results.

@Apocalypse suggested that the b board could be damage, checked the b board whit a magnifying glass and found a broken trace right in between the two right c board sockets. It is pin 119 but cannot trace it since the socket is on top and cannot see where they are going

what c board is it (what is the cps-b-** number)? To be clear, you need to know where pin 119 at the custom, goes to?

The broken trace is on the b board, i manage to trace to the pin 119 on the right but don't know where it goes to the left.
The c board is b 04

No other option but to take out the header

That's a hell of a gouge! Any idea what caused it?

What causes any of these damn gouges...? I have a similar one on a FF C board, between the headers. Severed one line. Ran a jumper wire, and the C board is otherwise perfectly good. I actually found it trying to help elfito out before realizing his problem is on the b board.

People using screwdriver leverage to remove the board. Most likely moving the screwdriver inside while its already touching the PCB.

☝that most likely, i got the board like this but i really love this game and i want to get it working.

@YesAffinity the c board has the same gouges but i belive the custom is dead so I'm trying with a different one

Bridged the broken pins and reflow some traces that show possible hair line crack, solder the header back and tried again.
This is what i got

that purple square in the middle of the sceen is guy, the game play the intro and the first part of stage 1 but all with garbage graphics

After a lot if digging, i fouand the fault at ic32.
The game plays but has graphics errors i might be because i used the japan rom to burn onto 27c010 but i cant find the list that has all the information on the c board customs used on each revision

After almost a year the game is FINALLY working, i dumped the rom and compared the files. Roms 1,5 and 32 did not check up, after burning some 27c400 the game booted up with no more issues.

I want to thank all the people that care to give me an advice, at the end i was able to save a game that i love and will be able to play from now on
