You just want the balltop, or the complete setup?

If you cant get it, you can always make your own. Just buy the hollow shaft, and the clear balltop. Add a 3mm rgb led and you are good to go.

I would also add a slip ring

@Derick2k Im looking for the balltop in particular. The thing is is that the balltop isn't actually clear, it's a very particular semi-opaque plastic that diffuses the light uniformly throughout the top when illuminated. A standard clear balltop with an rgb led inside won't do that as you can imagine. Hence my hunt

Good tip on the slip ring, I'll definitely be getting one of those.
