Hey guys, I got a bare case (no IEC plug or cable provided) for the RT-65A/85A/125A to give away if you can cover the shipping costs. Shipping is from UK. Only caveat is there there's some cosmetic stains on the sides. Thanks!

I only saw this thread earlier. ImportantBet has filled me in now that I asked about this, as the PSU cover is mine.

Hey @djsheep, hope you are well.

What a beauty. Love the colour of it. Were these the ones you got professionally made?

I agree, lovely colour, which certainly quickly grew on me, too (I originally wanted black) and the main reason I bought this was for the more professional than normal, smooth finish. If it helps for folks to know, the cover is nylon, sanded and spray painted.

Surely a magic eraser, IPA or some light buffing would get rid of that stain…

Sadly, I don't think so, bud. Note that the blemishes are more and worse than shown above. The last 2 photos in ImportantBet's OP above are my photos and only show the lightest areas of blemishing. I tried a damp lens cloth to be safe. I didn't want to try IPA in case it ruined the finish/ took off any paint etc. And I don't think they are 'stains', as such, note. Rather some sort of manufacturing fault/ blemish. Big P said that it looks like it wasn't 'cooled off' properly when manufactured. It does look like manufacturing blemishes to me. Hopefully this is just a rare instance, as I had planned to use the same company for an OMVS case, as they were recommended to me by a fellow forum member.

For the potential new owner and in case it helps in any way, below are some additional photos of other areas of blemishing:
