ops...i didn't know it.
on almost all Taito PCBs it is explicitly written "jamma" near the connector...so I interpreted this one as not being.
You know this for sure or by hearsay, I don't want to fry everything.
Cordially, Alberto :-)

Hmm, this has me confused now. I have a Warrior Blade which is the same hardware but I know for sure that one doesn't output any video signals on the jamma edge.

Is it possible that some boards have some aftermarket jumpers wired from the connector B to the JAMMA edge?

This should be the correct pinout. IIRC, I don't think connecting a standard jamma harness is going to fry anything, but you definitely won't have video since that's all on the B connector, and I think also audio pins are different.
Oh, my mistake.

Beware connecting Darius II into a Jamma cabinet because pins for buttons 3 and 4 in the regular jamma pinout are audio outputs in the Darius II PCB edge connector, and you may do a short by pressing those buttons and damaging the audio amplifiers in the board.

EDIT: even if the Sagaia operator manual posted above says that those pins are unused (pins 24, 25, b, c) they are audio outputs. I checked it and, on the Jamma adapter I've needed to create for the Dual screen composer, I did not wire those pins to prevent unawared shorts

Very good info.
