Hi guys - I’ve got Taito Type X2 in new condition, Darius Burst Another Chronicle HDD and dongle. This one has both JVS and Fast IO. Model 215A.

Well it’s a separate card that has 2 DVI outs, I believe you need to use the fast io to play DBAC. Maybe someone else can confirm. You can also use this to play single screen multi game image using either jvs or fast io, vga out or dvi.

For an original drive that isn't modified, you need FAST I/O, and the original monitors or a EDID emulator to clone/emulate the monitor's EDID. Game won't boot otherwise. It's possible the Chinese version is different, but I doubt it. JP and Export (English) definitely do the EDID check. Also, the 2nd screen is inverted, you will need some way to flip the screen to face the right way, or use a mirror like the original cabinet. There are ways to bypass all of this, but none of it is public information at the moment (I don't know how, please don't ask me. If you know, I and others would love to know too ).
