That is a super lopsided trade for the Q25. And way not in your favor. Doubly so with the extras.
And as I've suggested to other people: please play for 10 minutes on a City before considering buying/trading for one. Or mock yourself up a CP that has 3 24mm buttons basically on top of one another in front of a 13" screen and try playing for an hour. You may change your mind.
Anyway, PM incoming for a lead on that Q (assuming you're willing to buy and not trade).

3500 shipped (to the US anyway) from Mexico seems to be the going rate at the moment. Last year 2500ish. Beginning of covid around 1600.I’d genuinely be curious to know what the going rate is for a Q25
The large majority of these found their way down to Mexico straight from Capcom back in the day, so if you want to hunt one down, that's your best option.
If you're in the UK apparently they're nutso priced. I know last year one of the importers had them up for 5k GBP and they didn't even have the rotation mech.
Saaaaaame.
Desperate maybe, but that is in great condition! Not 3x going rate condition, but still a nice example.
