Hi, I have been looking to complete a collection of the MegaMan arcade games and am not having much luck. The only place I’m looking is eBay and it’s been more than a year and still not one has come up for sale. Are there any other places I can look to find games like this? Thanks.

Cps2 or cps1 stuff? There are a couple cps1 on eBay right now. Can’t comment on the price. They come up regularly though. Search in the collectibles > arcade, jukebox&pinball category. Or just “megaman pcb” or “rockman pcb”.

also https://from-japan-retro-sale.mysho...b-jamma-original?_pos=13&_sid=c53b7e2d6&_ss=r

or many pcb shops in Japan via a proxy or direct from tops https://www.tops-game.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=3629

Or Yahoo Auctions Japan again through a proxy like buyee

Both actually CPS1 and CPS2 I’ve been looking for a US version of MegaMan the Power Battle for like a year and a half and there’s nothing. There is some stuff on there but I’m looking for an all original and authentic board for my collection. Thanks for the websites I’ll check them out.

If you need USA revisions then watch KLOV also https://forums.arcade-museum.com/forums/trading-videogame-for-sale-parts-one-off.24/ - mostly USA traders there. all the Japan pcbs are likely much cleaner, but you’d be getting Japan revisions. It’s easy to swap in usa roms! But I get it if you are collecting original usa specifically.

I also hear there are Facebook groups where sale/trade of pcbs happen but I’m off Facebook so I can’t say which ones are good or usa-focused.

Thanks a lot! I looked at the second link you sent me, from tops. I can’t understand anything but are they selling like a complete set or just the board?

Tops- looks like cps1 pcb a/b/c stack and a photocopy of the manual
From Japan retro sale- cps1 and looks like an original art set

What about this website I found. I can’t read it but they are charging a lot for what they’re selling.

https://www.arcadiabay.com/en/artikel/3840/rockman-the-power-battle-mega-man = 589$ + shipping
in that shop ... arcadiabay you will pay with 300$ more than you'll pay if you'll get from Japan
if you're interested in this set: https://from-japan-retro-sale.mysho...b-jamma-original?_pos=13&_sid=c53b7e2d6&_ss=r = 277$ + shipping from Japan to you
Sir , did you think about this ?

"Arcade Video game published 26 years ago:

Mega Man - The Power Battle © 1995 Capcom USA, Incorporated.

North American release. Game developed in Japan. For more information about the game itself, please see the original Japanese release entry; "Rockman - The Power Battle [B-Board 91634B-2]".

TECHNICAL
Runs on the "CP System" hardware.
B-Board #: 91635B-2"

If let's say you will buy the japonesse release of Megaman CPS1 -> (Rock Man - The Power Battle) , on the jap release pcb you can replace 2 eeproms for MainCPU purpose (2 x 27c4002-12F - EEPROMS - ... RCM_22a.7F , RCB_23a.8F with the ones from USA set (megaman) -> RCMU22_b.7F , RCMU23_b.8F on B board - 91634B-2)

Nope. For Tops/Sophia you either fill out the enquiry or order form and they will get back to you with more info. Mr. T. Orihara is quite capable in English.

Japan Retro Sale, you usually just add the items to your cart and check out.

There's no domestic postal services available from Japan to the USA or Australia at the moment unfortunately, so you will have to pay for a courier service (DHL, Fed Ex, etc).

I also believe, at the moment, with Japan Retro Sale you have to e-mail direct to get a quote as the have disabled their checkout process to US and Oz.
