For vending machines, prize machines, and related goods, please refer to the sales thread here.
I DO NOT SELL CRT CANDY CABS TO THE PUBLIC, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
INQUIRIES THROUGH EMAIL WILL BE IGNORED. It is archaic and horribly suited to these type of sales. For more direct inquiries, please do so through the Facebook page, or request Discord contact via PM. Phone calls and text will be ignored as well, it doesn't work for us.
For inquiries with regards to inquiries and ordering cabinets in Australia, please contact Blue Spring Express. My listed inventory is generally for import to the US. Other regions are serviced on an extreme case-by-case basis only, but almost all cases will be a flat no. We simply do not have the manpower to handle a lot of extra logistics. For inquiries with regards to cabinets for EU/UK, please understand we're extremely limited in our capability to help. Anything in major demand almost certainly couldn't be provided. Additionally, we can only direct some cabs to existing EU/UK distributors, who would handle the actual transaction. We have no plans to expand capacity beyond this for now.

Introduction:
Hey everyone, I'm Cereth a.k.a. Kenchan a.k.a. David, founder and owner of Game Saru, the largest independent importer and distributor of Japanese arcade machines and related goods in the world. I have for a long time been an enthusiast in the hobby, and my goal with the company is to provide a more in-touch import service for these goods to my fellows in the community, and to provide rental services for Japanese arcade machines to various events. This thread serves to fulfill the former of the two.
Since 2018, I've built up everything I feel necessary to provide a better overall service in importing these goods to North America. I want to make sure all games purchased meet the requirements of a buyer. I generally try to get photos of the cabinets to show the cosmetic and monitor condition, as well as information about specifics where necessary, and will work one-on-one with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
If you would like to ask for anything that is not listed, please refer to "Special Requests". For any information on payment policies, rules, about the process, please refer to "Information, Rules, & Policies".
Order Status:
We've reduced the container load for the last few months for some breathing room and it has helped. We have no intention to increase this rate right now, as sales are rock bottom at the moment. We're pretty overstocked and underfunded due to this. Generally any time estimates I give are accurate within a one month variance. There still won't be too much of desire in the on-hand section, and we'll be moving stuff only if there's demand to load those containers.
7/5 CONSOLIDATED UPDATE:
We're changing direction with the company. We were aiming high; museum, opening multiple arcades, merch, other imports, etc., but in this economy, we simply cannot survive if we're aiming to fulfill those dreams. I'll be starting to list/sell a number of things that don't normally get sold; very rare games, personal collection, candies, etc. There will be periods where I have an open offer for people to ask about anything. Don't expect listings to change fast. There's still a lot of groundwork to be laid for this path we're choosing to take.
12/12 CONSOLIDATED UPDATE:
We signed the lease on a new warehouse, which should finally solve our space issues for good. It severely increases our monthly expenses, but it's what is needed to keep things going. While I never expect people to fully understand what it takes to make this import service possible, hope at least someone gets it. It's been hard ):
My crew has been crazy busy for November with back-to-back events going on, and I've been on a breakneck schedule in Japan keeping things going. I apologize to those who've had the process drawn out far longer than normal, and if ever I am long to respond or take care of you. Doing our best!
With regards to tariffs, I've finished doing listing adjustments and estimates on what we sell. There may be light increases on price on some items from what is listed; I'm trying to do what I can to make sure what's listed is accurate, but I can't get it perfectly, and it takes more work to create accurate estimates. It means there may be higher prices when we discuss a sale, or less room for discounts than normal. Just a fair warning in advance. For the most part, it should be accurate, though. Mainly it'll be higher priced items getting adjusted upward, due to how I was allocating costs before.
9/16 CONSOLIDATED UPDATE:
Tariff rate is currently at 15%. I am eating as much of the cost as I can, and exercising every tool in my kit to keep prices to consumers as low as possible. Listing prices should be more accurate now, but expect fluctuations on the dealing table. There should be no after import surprise costs, should be able to maintain the standard on that. I will still maintain my policy of 100% refund if something significant does change, though. I should be able to keep at least some of my standard discount policies as well.
We are still badly underfunded. 2024 was a hard year with a lot of unreasonably massive expenditures, both calculated and unexpected, a number of poor experiences with large transactions, and revenue was down around 30%. We caught up early this year, and lost every gain within 2-3 weeks of tariffs hitting. Sales is down 50% or more; we're sitting on nearly 300 unsold cabs, revenue approaching $500,000. We're completely out of space, horrendously undermanned, and have had most of us bedridden to deathly ill levels of sick lately, setting us even further behind. This update being nearly 4 MONTHS behind should say something. I DEEPLY apologize to people who have been waiting a long time for service. I don't want to excuse anything on our end, just understand that even our most immediate priority list is over 2 months long, forget everything else. There isn't much I can do with extremely low cash flow, space, and manpower. I only want people to understand where we are, and know that you are not forgotten or ignored.
Hard years happen in all businesses, it's expected, but we're maintaining a few processes to make sure we can come out stable. As such, we are very strongly enforcing our current no-holds policy, and full payment down only. We will also be skipping anyone on the waitlist that is not ready to make a purchase when stuff comes up. Finally, we will not be handling any sales outside of NA.
I AM CLOSED TO ALL NON-STANDARD REQUESTS. Anything not listed or not common for import is not being handled right now. I am recovering from major stress, but I'm not taking anything on until probably mid-2026/2027 to fully catch back up. I will not hold cabs for people unless there are extenuating circumstances that lead to it being beneficial; all cabs are sold first-come first-served. I am not ordering B1/B2 frames, TAITO benches, or stools, and currently not taking waitlist. I'm also not down to go through an extremely lengthy sales process beyond our norm, we don't have the energy or time to meet exceptional requests. If I say there's something we'll not do, please respect it and don't push. You don't have to buy if you aren't satisfied, and we're not going to push stress levels over a manageable amount to meet someone's needs. I understand this is going to put some people off, but I gotta draw a line right now for our own well-being. Most likely I'll be coming back with a better quality of service overall in 2026-2027.
