9/16 CONSOLIDATED UPDATE:
Tariff rate is currently at 15%. I am eating as much of the cost as I can, and exercising every tool in my kit to keep prices to consumers as low as possible. Listing prices should be more accurate now, but expect fluctuations on the dealing table. There should be no after import surprise costs, should be able to maintain the standard on that. I will still maintain my policy of 100% refund if something significant does change, though. I should be able to keep at least some of my standard discount policies as well.

We are still badly underfunded. 2024 was a hard year with a lot of unreasonably massive expenditures, both calculated and unexpected, a number of poor experiences with large transactions, and revenue was down around 30%. We caught up early this year, and lost every gain within 2-3 weeks of tariffs hitting. Sales is down 50% or more; we're sitting on nearly 300 unsold cabs, revenue approaching $500,000. We're completely out of space, horrendously undermanned, and have had most of us bedridden to deathly ill levels of sick lately, setting us even further behind. This update being nearly 4 MONTHS behind should say something. I DEEPLY apologize to people who have been waiting a long time for service. I don't want to excuse anything on our end, just understand that even our most immediate priority list is over 2 months long, forget everything else. There isn't much I can do with extremely low cash flow, space, and manpower. I only want people to understand where we are, and know that you are not forgotten or ignored.

Hard years happen in all businesses, it's expected, but we're maintaining a few processes to make sure we can come out stable. As such, we are very strongly enforcing our current no-holds policy, and full payment down only. We will also be skipping anyone on the waitlist that is not ready to make a purchase when stuff comes up. Finally, we will not be handling any sales outside of NA.

Moving on to updates, it's a messy list, just throwing things together as I updated the listings. Added image links to most things.

Added these to personal sales at the bottom, but I'm loathe to put them down even kinda, please no hassle on it.

Limited Engagement (PERSONAL Sales)

This is stuff coming out of PERSONAL collection, technically not for the company. It's only being listed because we have to make ends meet, and I should downsize. I super don't want any hassle with these, I'm not going to sell 100%, and prices are high/suggested. It's pretty premium stuff. Actual prices probably better to discuss with a serious buyer. I also understand further context and info will be needed for some of this stuff, just don't want someone pressuring outside my means, or trying to twist me into doing something I clearly state I cannot.

Aero City - $3,000 - Full restoration; stripped, repainted, new sticker labels, electronics serviced.
Blast City - $6,000 - NOS/HUO. If you don't know what that means, it's not for you. This cab had 2 owners. First bought directly from SEGA, and it sat in their house almost completely unused for 30 years. Since buying it, it has sat in my den for 2 or so years. Probably under 100 hrs power time, most of which during it was not used. It is NOT perfect; there are one or two nicks. The PSU may need a recap, just from sitting so long.
City - $4,000 - I have 3, should probably let at least 1 of them go. They are all in decent enough shape, no restoration.
 
Gonna be a mini-infusion of good stuff soon, *MAYBE*. Bought out an arcade, some goodies will trickle off the waitlist. We have a very short period of time to complete sales this time around, so probably by around Oct 13 or so I may start opening up offers outside waitlist. There's stuff like Project DIVAs, maimai DX, CHUNITHM (Premium & CVT) cabs, Lightning Model, Valkyrie Model, Initial D: The Arcade, Wangan. It all *HAS* to ship immediately, we can't hold it in Japan, so while I'd normally hold stuff back a month or so if someone on waitlist needed time, I won't be this time.
 
We signed the lease on a new warehouse, which should finally solve our space issues for good. It severely increases our monthly expenses, but it's what is needed to keep things going. While I never expect people to fully understand what it takes to make this import service possible, hope at least someone gets it. It's been hard ):

With regards to tariffs, I've finished doing listing adjustments and estimates on what we sell. There may be light increases on price on some items from what is listed; I'm trying to do what I can to make sure what's listed is accurate, but I can't get it perfectly, and it takes more work to create accurate estimates. It means there may be higher prices when we discuss a sale, or less room for discounts than normal. Just a fair warning in advance. For the most part, it should be accurate, though. Mainly it'll be higher priced items getting adjusted upward, due to how I was allocating costs before.

Decided to just remove WACCA entirely, I've already imported over 350, I can't help anymore. Everything I find I'm sending to EU importers. Even if I do import anything, it won't go to anyone who hasn't already been on the list for ages
 
Bumping up, everything is flowing smoothly. Had a bit of a do or die month, all sorted out. Will be a while until I can do another list update.

Had one container held for intensive exam, it has since cleared and been unloaded. Two more in customs right now for non-invasive.
 
Hoping to update listings in the next week or so. We've been insanely busy with 5 of 8+ containers in this batch coming in, and multiple large outgoing shipments. We're busy to a point of turning down non-essential requests again, so I'll be putting that note back up soon. It's a pretty strenuous period right now, both workload and recovering from our beginning of year financial strain. Back to stable, but still chasing the goalpost every week, going to be focusing on taking care of all that before taking time to help people with lower priority things! Feel free to keep sending any inquiries, just note that requests may be put on hold, or you may be asked to check in later when we free up.
