I have always been fascinated by the look of the HD arcade cabinets for a long time. They look so beautiful and I was wondering if I could try to build my own since finding one/ importing one would be quite a challenge for me. I have plans of making a multi tekken cabinet and while I’m partially complete, I don’t like the idea of having HD games inside an old style cabinet, plus, there’s barely any room to fit my Namco system 357 and 369 inside. Looking at some Noir pictures online, to me it looks like a pretty “simple” build, just a box with a large screen and a custom control box. I did find an old server box and it’s pretty much a perfect box to place both my 357 and 369. I also have an old Samsung 32” TV that I no longer use and I guess I could recycle it for this project. All that I need to do now is make a custom controller box with some speakers. It may look pretty stupid but I think it’s going to turn out well!
