Graphical issues with Avalaunch Progear

I bought a copy of Progear that has the avalaunch roms and it has an odd thing where graphical issues appear on screen but often they are undetectable on boot and begin appearing the further I get into the game. Sometimes they don't appear until stage three or even stage 4. Right now, no matter how I reseat the board these issues persist.

I have tested the board on a wide array of Blast and Astros.

Have you tried reseating all eproms/roms in their sockets? One thing to try, is also decasing the B board and gently press the eproms a bit while the game is running, to see if the lines gets better or worse.
