I think I want to build one of these because a) it looks like it hooks up to a C64 and b) it's called a MegaWang 2000 Turbo Edition

Yeah, it hooks up to the user port of a C64. Though I guess it could be hooked up to anything if you create an appropriate interface.

I noticed this thread while searching for my project. It's grown a bit since that video. Now the C64 can display hundreds of scaled sprites.
