guessing here but it looks like something for an optical drive. possibly a gdemu mount?

uh, yeah those are ODE kits I designed for the Dreamcast GDEMU and Saturn Rhea/Phoebe. they wont work with any ODE, only those specifically (https://gdemu.wordpress.com/)
