Its version 3.0, I have the PDF manual for v3 here.
IDK if I want to split it up... I'll likely have trouble selling both joysticks solo and I don't want to convert them back.

The sticks were 100% me/custom, the HAS just had the HD15/VGA hat installed and you can get an arcade PSU many places.
