did you order your parts from Taito directly?

Yup, email Yugo (Taito parts specialist) and ask him for the pieces/parts you are looking for.
You must meet minimum order requirement (I think 100$ or so), Yugo will created a purchase invoice with the part number(s) and shipping address you provide.
Then you'll sign/return the PI, and complete the Bank Transfer in JPN Yen into the account specified on the invoice.
Once he receives the funds, the order is shipped out (provided the parts are in stock) via EMS.

Whenever I'm restoring a game, I like to have exactly like the original, so I would go with red...
