HELP! Avengers pcb missing chip

I have this pcb that is missing the chip at E1, from what i was told its a "custom prog".
Anyone have this bord that could show me what it is, maybe its a pal that can be burned or there is a replacement for it.

Found the file, will try to burn it when i get the needed prom

Shoot - I just noticed your post, and I have an Avengers board I could have checked for you. Glad you got it figured out.
