help in unrecognized nos pcb's

this was pulled out arcade storage
from a company that also build some adapters
does anyone has an idea what those are used for?

Nothing like that. I do buy cheap unpopulated soldering practice pcbs, my wife runs a girls stem class type club thing with other local moms in our area, so they teach them soldering, etc... so empty boards come in handy

Where you able to get anywhere as to who made these? Purpose?
