Update on my problem. I officially have no clue what’s wrong with the board. I have no replaced every capacitor, tried new eeproms for all slots. Reflowed all connector points. Replaced U5 and U6. Also replaced U20 as it looked like the pins have corroded. However no dice and I still have the same issues as before. Attached are images of the board. Any ideas?
