Update: PRICE DROP! NOW $4000

I am out of room in my garage arcade so I have to put something up for sale, and this is it:

Super Neo 29 Type II

HOME USE ONLY! (Note: I have no way to prove this, but this is what I was told and the condition should speak for itself.)

I am the fourth owner of this cab, now seeking owner number 5!

Original owner purchased this cabinet directly from SNK in Japan. It was then imported to the states.
Owner #2 made some less than stellar modifications to the cabinet, such as a Happ power supply and Sanwa JLF sticks. These mods have been undone and the cabinet is back to being all original.
Owner #3 is a fellow local collector that sold it to me.
Out of all of the candies I own, this one is played the least, so it's time to pass it on.

Cabinet is all original!
Monitor is the original Hitachi GMK. I have recapped the monitor for longevity even though it didn't need it! All caps are the highest quality Panasonic caps available!
Monitor is flawless. Low hour tube, zero burn in, no surface scratches.
Original power supply has been fully recapped with the highest quality Panasonic caps. (Nichicon used where Panasonic values not available)

The marquee has been upgraded with the super rare LCD marquee! (The original Hyper Neo Geo 64 marquee, which is flawless, is still included along with the marquee light fixture)
LCD driver unit and the accompanying JAMMA VS. kit have been fully recapped.
LCD panel backlight has been upgraded to LED backlighting.
Please note that the camera is NOT functional. The camera is the same as a Neo Print camera. If you can track down a Neo Print camera you may be able to fix this.

Original 2L14B control panel
Original LS-40 joysticks
New Seimitsu buttons

Cabinet is nearly flawless. A few very minor scrapes and dings from being moved (not by me).

Asking price $5000 or best offer.
Located in the northwest metro Atlanta area in Georgia.
Buyer must arrange shipping.

MiSTercade in the picture not included.
And no, the Egrets are not for sale.

Are you sure the camera is broken? I've never actually figured out how to get video out of it. I assumed it was only output on the link cable.

Also that's a Super Neo control panel (not type 2). Do you have the original?

If that camera ever worked it would probably be like 1mp or less 🤣

Clean ass cab tho!!! Glws

This is the control panel that came with the cabinet. I assume the original owner ordered it that way. It's not a repro. Yes, it is technically not the "correct" panel.
