Hooking up a HAPP Power Supply

Quick question.

Don't want to move forward until I'm sure.

Should I connect neutral to FG or earth to FG? Last supply I hooked up was clearly labelled... what's with the two 115v?

Live to one AC 115V jack, Neutral to the other AC 115V jack, Ground (You guys call it Earth) to Field Ground Jack.
