House of the dead EX troubleshooting

Having a problem with my hotd ex. Shuts down after about an hour. I’ve replaced the pcb and video card but it’s still doing it so I’m assuming it’s either the PSU or the HDD.

Is the HDD protected am I able to clone it (using a similar HDD) I’ve read they aren’t protected and most of the protection is in the CF but want to see if I can create an image and copy it to a working hdd.

Try changing the PSU first.

HDD is protected with an ATA lock unfortunately
