So looking at the picture obviously I need help sorting my Naomi netboot out. I searched online and saw others use a wooden board to hook up everything and slide it in the metal rail inside but when I tried that, it would stick out of the maintenance door and can't close it.

The measurements of the wooden board I have is as follows :

Height 40cm
Length 50cm
Width : 1cm

These came by my own measurements and still won't do the job. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Official Blast City wooden board is: 530mm x 400mm x 12mm

My NetBoot setup fits on that perfectly with a SEGA IO board.

It could be a bit of a mission trying to fit the Capcom IO on there? Maybe someone here has done it though.

Well I have seen images in Google fitting everthing in the board but never actually saw pictures of it inside a Sega blast city cabinet.

Because there's no point in using a Capcom IO instead of a Sega IO in a Blast City.

This said, wasn't there a set of 'tall feet' that were meant to be used with a Capcom IO? They were like CPS2 feet, but taller. Tall enough that you could mount the IO on top of something.

The reason I'm using a capcom i/o board is that my blast city is wired for jamma, also need it for capcom games to use all buttons (3 for punch and 3 for kicks). I have 4 metal mounts that fit at the back of the capcom board. Are they the tall feet you were referring to?

I have a capcom io setup in my blast. I use the tall feet on the io. Will post a picture later today.

Thanks would appreciate it if you could so I can get started on finding a carpenter or wood worker to help out with the wooden board.

I have those but where do I mount them. While I await your pictures later, should I go ahead and call a wood shop to make me the board? With the measurements provided by djsheep?

530mmX400mmX12mm

The Capcom IO should be able to stand over the top of the Naomi using the feet linked above.

I have cut a wooden board with the dimensions I listed for my Blast and it fits flush and perfect in the slot.

The one you currently have is just a few mm off, it won’t really make any difference

I have to use the capcom io because my monitor is 31hz only so im using capcom io and retroscaler a1 and jammafier. trying to find a nanao chassis i can switch out the 31hz only and put in a trisync.

Capcom IO and Retroscaler and Jammafier? With a Naomi? What, why?

Oh so that's how it's mounted on the board. I don't suppose you can also mount the sun power supply with it? Cause I Google and saw afew images with the sun power supply mounted but from what I can see is that the wooden is longer or bigger.

I use the 001 loom in my blast. It is like the jamma loom but in additrion also has the JVS Power and audio connectors. So there is no need for a Sun PSU.

I have a Naomi NetBoot setup mounted to a board for my Blast City. I’ll take a few pics. I did the opposite and raised the Naomi above the Capcom IO with wooden blocks and use the extra space underneath to hide all the wires.

Where did you get your extension cables for the sun psu? Or you made them yourself? Cause I'm looking for them cause as you know the 2 amp pins to power the Naomi motherboard are very very short.
