HSF2 4k (not really).
I've been working on a couple of other projects, -- A character editor, and an importer exporter. That made this romhack Trivial. Should be coming next month but I wanted to show off some clips now.
The HDR moves were implemented by referencing an Xbox360 dump of the game. They are mostly done with a few troublesome bits.
if @strygo 's ok with it, I'll probably use his backport for the Ultra characters to make things easier, Otherwise I already have a switch dump ready to go through... figure out everything that isn't pure data.
