Hello dear forum members,

I would like to ask for your help regarding an issue. I need the recovery/reinstallation image for my Hyper Cross machine manufactured by IGS. Due to electrical problems, the software has crashed.

If anyone has the image file and could share it with me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.

The game is barely two years old. Why not reach out to Sega?

I skipped it, but they said they could provide a new SSD. However, even if I purchase it, due to Turkish customs regulations, I now have to hire a customs broker even for a 1-dollar product, which creates very high costs. For example, a 1-dollar product could end up costing me around 400–500 dollars, maybe even more. Currently, 1 US dollar is approximately 44 Turkish lira.

Thats rough. Do they have a distributor within Turkey that you could buy through to avoid the import headaches?

As the distributor in Turkey, we handle and repair faults. However, in some cases for example, Wahlap they send us the restore image file link, and we can install it onto a new SSD and use it here.

At the moment, I honestly need that kind of support.

Maybe the most cost effective solution would be for someone outside of Turkey to buy the drive, image it, and send you the link.

I was thinking the same way. I thought maybe someone who has the machine and has cloned its SSD might be willing to share it with me.
