I-Cade 60 in 1 joystick and buttons no longer responding

Have had Ms. Pac-man with the I-Cade for 10 years and all of a sudden the joystick and buttons aren’t responding but it still boots up normal with sound any ideas what it could be? Need a new mother board etc. thanks!!!
