I NEED ADVICE ON MY FIRST CANDY: CAB NOAMI UNIVERSAL CABINET

Below, so I just scored this for a very good price. It’s working and fully functional. I only concern is that it’s JVS. I would like to play cps2 games. I need someone to point me in the right direction to find a jamma adapter that is reliable and won’t cause any noticeable issues or hurt the cabinet. Looking online I see a lot of options, including a jammafier but I don’t see any for sale and I was reading some thing about it being a risk for the cabinet. Not sure if that’s true. Thanks, and I would really appreciate the advice. I hope all of you are having a good day.

I assume that Irken's Jammafier could be quickly available....but for help you missing the main information is missing: what's screen combo?

If it's a 15/31 khz compatible jammafier is sufficient, but only 31 khz jammafier is not suffcient, you must use an upscaler with your CPS2, or use emulator with 15 to 31 shader mod.

Can't give you any dates for availability/re-opening, but keep an eye on irkenlabs.com - scaler, jammafier and JVS Expander (for mister) are relevant.
Got the Naomi Universal myself (still) and it's the reason I made a lot of the stuff - I've never heard of any risks, apart maybe from the normal disclaimer on the website :)

I saw that cab earlier posted. Congrats on the pick up! What are the inner wirings look like? Is there no Jamma?

It’s Jvs only no jamma. It’s set up to work with Dreamcast right away. I don’t know much about this cabinet. I do eventually want to put a Naomi In it. I just wanna play some CPS2 games on it as well but it seems that I need that specific jamma adapter that is sold out
