Install: Taito Vewlix Repro Marquee Lights

So I just managed the install of this I noticed I had a piece of plastic/thick paper, non see through, that covered the hole that the leds would shine through. On my Vewlix L. So I had to just remove this as part of the install but curious if more of you had this?

My dia blue did not have that.

Looks like you have a frosted marquee too, nice.
