Is there a way to adjust Horizontal Linearity for Toshiba PD1843 or PD2367?

On the very left and right side of screen about one inch wide feels a little bit squashed, I have the extended remote board, but there seem to be no such adjustment for Horizontal Linearity, only SC for Vertical Linearity, or could it be yoke positioning issue?

This seems to be an issue with all monitors as they age and my money is on a high voltage film capacitor in the H linearity starting to fall out of spec. Maybe someone with my experience can also chime in. Curious to see if anyone has fixed it.

I've come across multiple chassis, they seem all have this issue no matter what condition they looked like.

Any idea which film capacitor could be?

I have the same issue on a nanao 2933 that I just fully recapped. Right side is slightly squished, you can see the picture sorta contract\expand as it scrolls on a side scroller game sometimes.
