Is there a way to mod SF Zero 3 Upper to play Eagle Maki Yun and Ingrid?

I know there was a mod for CVS2 where you can play the Boss Characters and have CVS1 colors

Since this was possible I’m wondering if there’s a mod version of SF Zero 3 Upper where you can play Eagle, Maki, Yun, and Ingrid. I could see cutting and pasting Eagle, Maki, and Yun from CVS2 and putting them in Upper. I don’t know how you could get Ingrid lol.

Hey mate, just wanted to say hi but dont really have much to add.
My understanding is there was some discussion about modding to add the characters from the MAX version but it was only a discussion and nothing evet happened.
Someone may have more info though.

Too bad no extra characters like in the Upper version of Capcom Fighting Collection 2.

Ah we’ll just have to stick with regular Upper lol
