Is this cable for power or data? (Nesica card reader)

So basically, I’m not using the card reader at the moment but was hoping to at least for now get it to light up. I wasn’t sure what this cable did. The other coming off it is a four pin that looks like it plugs into this daughter board I’d prefer to not have hooked up for space reasons (and the fact, again, not reading any cards).

Any help is appreciated. If this is indeed a power cable, is there is a way to convert this plug to one of many coming off my Vewlix internal power supply? If so, that would be lovely…

Will this work or kill my cab?

Found matching P4 and C labeled connections. Plugged those from daughter board harness to cab wiring loom. Plugged only connector from card reader to the one on the daughter board loom.

I also have the two pin ground plugged in.

Didn’t work. Plugged 4 pin from cab onto the board, figured that would work for sure. Nothing.
