Is this China version of Darksoft CPS2 Multikit?

I saw this on Ebay with the title Capcom CPS2 32 in 1. At first I thought it was the CPS1 multi made by someone from China but it was for the CPS2. The layout looks very similar to the Darksoft CPS2 Multikit. Here are the pictures of how it look.

I think they've been around for a while.

There are at least 3 reasons not to buy:
- uses 3.3V devices directly on 5V busses
- no aftersale support
- some games are hacks
