Hi, it’s me again with an issue. Last time, I used the wrong 9929 board in the Blast, and it failed. The technician has now fixed the Nanao-2931 for me, and it’s working fine now

However, when I tried the JAMMA splitter cable (a custom-made fingerboard type that shares RGB and buttons), to play versus on Blast City linking with Astro City, it didn’t work on one monitor, with some kind of signal issue
It works when connecting either cab individually, but not with the splitter.

Strangely, it was working originally before the Nanao board repair.
I was wondering if you guys could help? I’ve spent enough on technician labor—I could get a renewed Blast for the price.
Also, the degauss function is not working, normally i just press the button on the panel and or should work. He asked me to degauss from the digital menu but it has no response. very frustrating

Appreciate the help; this is the only place with good people helping noobs like me.

Make sure your demag coil is plugged in to the chassis.

It turns out it’s a JAMMA cable issue. got a new cable and it works fine now.
